The average lifespan on human kind is only going to get shorter.
Those who are in the upper class get it through meticulously slogging in the earlier part of their life, accumulative sleep debts that can only cause irreversible harm in the long run. Medicine cannot cure this.
With the raising medical bills, the lower class has no money for medical treatment.
Either way, you die early.
