On Adjunct Professors/Instructors

After this sem, I know not to bid for IS mods with Adjunct Profs anymore. Some may say it is easier to score, but I find that I learn next to nothing. The kind of effort these Profs put into lesson plan is also junk compared to the kind of effort put in by our dear full time SIS profs and instructors.
