Appleseed Ex Machina

Just watched Appleseed Ex Machina.

I watched Appleseed long ago, can’t really remember the storyline but I remember the animation was fantastic.

For Appleseed Ex Machina, animation still as fantastic as ever, however I find the storyline… just trying to achieve too much. Too many plot loopholes here and there, although on the whole the movie is fast paced, action-packed and interesting. Just too ponder too much about the plot details.

Because my dad absolutely hates me using my speakers, I’ve decided to watch the entire movie over my Little Dot MkIII Vacuum Tube Headphone Amplifier. This is the first time I watch a movie over my Little Dot, I only used it for music purposes previously. But unsurprising, the sound was fantastic.

Oh.. how I love its glow!

My Superfi5Pro

Today is the last day my Superfi5Pro IEM will exist in its current state. I will be doing a ear impression and then send my SF5Pro for reshelling tomorrow.

Hope my custom IEM turns out well. This is such a high risk to take.

Me and Zombie, both audio enthusiasts (We don’t call ourselves audiophile or even “Noob audiophile”, whatever crap that is. ), were invited to the exclusive Sennheiser HD800 launch in Singapore. This launch is an important milestone for Sennheiser, as the HD800 is now its highest price top of the line headphone, unseating the HD650 from its throne of more than 5 years.

Of course, I don’t have deep pockets or rich parents to steal money off like those kiddies who visit Jabbie, and did not intend to purchase the HD800. However, curiosity drove me and Zombie to want to sample this supposedly godly headphone.
